Novo Place is planned under Tengah URA Master Plan

Tengah has been designed to serve as an exemplary futuristic town that promotes smart and sustainable living. As per the URA West Region Masterplan, inhabitants will have convenient access to top-notch facilities, ample green areas, and exclusive gardening and farming spaces. One of the prominent highlights is the Forest Corridor, stretching 5km in length and 100m in width, which plays a crucial role in connecting the Western and Central Catchment Areas, forming a larger ecological pathway.
